Personal data protection declaration

1. Scope

1.1

The following data protection declaration applies to the use of this website (www.paulmedia.lu).

The controller is PaulMedia [PM] - Paul Krier New Media Management, 202 Business Center, 202 route de Luxembourg, L-7241 Bereldange, Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg. The data protection officer is Paul Krier and can be contacted at contact@paulmedia.lu.

Personal data concerning information from a specific or determinable natural person falls under the category of personal data. This includes, for example, information such as name, postal address, e-mail address or telephone number as well as usage data such as IP addresses. Personal data is collected, processed and used in accordance with legal provisions.

 

2. Automated collection and processing of data by the browser

As with any website, the PaulMedia [PM] - Paul Krier New Media Management server - hosted at Atom Systems, 103 rue des Bruyères, L-1274 Howald - automatically and temporarily collects and stores the following information in the server log files which are transmitted by the browser, given that you have not disabled cookies:

  • the IP address of the requesting computer
  • client file request
  • the http response code
  • the amount of data transferred
  • the website from which you are visiting this website (referring URL)
  • the date and time of the server request
  • browser type, version and language
  • the operating system of the requesting computer

No use is made of the personal data in the log files. Your supplier cannot at any time make the link between this data and specific persons. This data is not cross-referenced with other data sources.

 

3. Collection and processing of data voluntarily communicated

3.1

It is up to you to communicate or not to communicate personal data by e-mail, in the customer area or via the website using i.e. forms. This data is used for the execution of the contract, to process your requests for offers, your complaints, opinion by e-mail or any other kinds of requests.

If you want www.paulmedia.lu to contact you by post, e-mail or phone, you can enter your phone number, e-mail address or postal address. You enter this data by your own free will. Your information is saved and used with care exclusively to arrange a contact.

Personal data which has been communicated via the website is saved only until the objective is reached, namely the ones which you have entrusted to www.paulmedia.lu. When the execution is complete and the purpose is reached, your data will be maintained at least until the expiration of regulatory requirements unless you have expressly consented to the deleting of the data related to this. Insofar as it is necessary to comply with statutory retention periods, the storage period for certain data may be up to ten years.
